Never miss a call

The call you didn't answer already called someone else.

You're under a sink or up on a roof. The phone rings out. That customer doesn't leave a voicemail — they scroll down and dial the next shop. This puts a text in their hand before they get there.

The math

Missed calls aren't a phone problem. They're a payroll-sized hole.

Most shops we talk to guess low on this. Move the slider to whatever a bad week looks like for you.

12 calls a week

Dollars. Service call, repair, whatever's typical.

25% of them

$5,850

Walking out the door every month

One recovered job a month usually covers the whole setup. The rest is yours.

How it runs

Three things happen. None of them need you.

This is the whole system. It sits on top of the number you already give out — you don't change anything customers see.

STEP 01

The call rings out

Your line rings your cell like it always has. If nobody picks up inside 20 seconds, the system notices — no voicemail needed, no missed-call list to check later.

STEP 02

A text goes out in seconds

Written in your voice, from your business number. It asks what they need and tells them a person is coming. That's usually enough to stop them dialing the next shop.

STEP 03

You get a real lead, not a missed call

Their reply lands in one inbox with their number, address, and what's wrong — on your phone. You call back when your hands are free, already knowing the job.

What you get

Set up for you. Not handed to you as software.

You're not learning a platform. I build it, test it against your actual phone, and keep it running — at your shop if you're in the metro area, over an online video call if you're not.

Full setup on your existing number

Your published number keeps working exactly as it does now. Nothing on your trucks or your Google listing changes.

Messages written to sound like your shop

Not corporate auto-reply language. We write them together so it reads like you or your dispatcher typed it.

One inbox on your phone

Every text conversation in one place, with the customer's number and history attached. Works from the truck.

Carrier registration handled

Business texting has compliance rules now. Registration, opt-outs, and the legal side are done for you.

After-hours and weekend rules

Different message at 9 PM than at 9 AM. Emergencies get flagged so you know which ones can't wait.

Me on the other end of the phone

Something's off, you call me and I pick up — not a ticket queue, not a chatbot. And if you're in the metro, I can be at your shop.

Who you're dealing with

Engineer by trade. I design and maintain systems for businesses that can't afford lost time.

I'm a mechanical engineer and a power plant operator with years of operations experience — the kind of work where a missed signal costs real money and nothing gets to fall through. I build these systems the same way: something that runs correctly whether or not anyone is watching it.

Curran AI is one person, not a platform and not a call center. I work with shops across the New York metro area — Westchester, the boroughs, Long Island, Rockland, north Jersey, southern Connecticut — and I'll come to you to set it up. For companies outside the area, we run the same process over an online video call.

Get started

Fifteen minutes to see if it fits.

Tell me about your shop and I'll show you what your missed calls look like right now. If it's not worth doing, I'll say so.

Rather just talk? Call (914) 873-1454.

Your number stays with Curran AI. We don't share or sell phone numbers or SMS consent to anyone.

Thanks — I'll get back to you shortly. If it's urgent, call (914) 873-1454.

Questions I usually get

Do I have to change my phone number?

No. Your published number stays exactly as it is — same number on the trucks, the website, and your Google listing. The system sits behind it.

What if I pick up the call?

Then nothing happens. The text only fires when the call actually rings out. Answered calls are left alone.

Is this a robot talking to my customers?

No. It sends the first text and hands the conversation to you. You answer from your phone like any other text. Nothing pretends to be a person.

How long does setup take?

About a week from the first call, and most of that is waiting on carrier registration. Your part is roughly an hour total.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup fee plus a monthly management fee. I'll quote it on the call once I see how your phones run — I'd rather price it honestly than post a number that doesn't fit your shop.

Do you only work with shops near you?

No. I'm based in Harrison, so anywhere in the New York metro — Westchester, the boroughs, Long Island, Rockland, north Jersey, southern Connecticut — I'll come out and set it up in person. For companies outside the area, we run the same process over an online video call. The system works identically either way.

What if I want out?

Month to month. No contract, no early termination fee. If it isn't paying for itself, you shouldn't be keeping it.

Next step

The next one that rings out is the one this pays for.

Call me directly, or fill out the form above and I'll get back to you. If you're in the New York metro area, I'll come to your shop. For companies outside the area, we run the same process over an online video call.
